1. Acceptance of Terms

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the jl367 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your jl367 account, you agree to:

You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and a recent selfie before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

jl367's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl367 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl367's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
